We raised over $2000 for Makerspace supplies in the 22-23.
1. You might be wondering how I get so many donations for silent auctions. The big thing is I ASK. I use the same template every year with just a few tweeks. Feel free to use this example and make it work for you. Just got to a website, look on the bottom of the page to find the contact us page. There is usually a generic email.
2.DON'T GIVE UP! Sometimes they will email back with the right person to contact, sometimes they respond back to as for more information, but most often they don't respond back at all.

3. Keep track of everyone you email in a google sheets. Here is how I organized mine. like.

I write down notes that are helpful. For example, some companies only donate in their city. Others have a specific donation process. I don't always have a contact but if I do, I write down their name.

4. Don't forget to write thank you notes and send pictures if possible.
