Dash- Giant Colorado Map
Students will use Dash robots and the Giant Colorado Map to learn about Colorado Geography. Dash will become a tour guide between two cities and make a few pit stops.*
Adaptations for different subjects:
*Create a giant setting of a story with Dash
moving around as it summarizes what happened.
*Create a giant timeline, with Dash retell different
sections of history.
*Create a giant math problem, Dash justifies why
the problem works.
*Students each get a different person living in
Colorado, they have to create a summary of
their life using online Exhibits like during the
Makey Makey- Intetactive Posters
What will students do? Students will use their knowledge to create an interactive poster. Using Makey Makey and Scratch, students will create a poster to demonstrate knowledge by creating buttons on a poster that play sounds or recordings. This is great to use as an assessment or wrap up to any unit.
